The BCR4 School District will hold an informational forum Wednesday evening 3/26 @ 6:30 at Rushville Elementary School in regard to the upcoming April 8, 2025 district bond issue. Proposition KIDS will generate $2 Million in district funds with NO TAX INCREASE to the community.

A reminder, we will make up the 1st of 5 snow days next Monday March, 24th.

Sports banquet for tonight is going to be postponed until Monday, March 24 due to the potential weather and power outages. If you would still like to bring chips, sides, and desserts you still can but do not feel obligated as we will provide them Monday as well.

The 3rd graders are just beginning to learn about how to find the area of a rectangle. Finding the area will begin to get more difficult as we dive deeper into this standard.





Don't forget sports banquet for winter sports tomorrow night at 5:30. Please bring a side dish, chips, or dessert. Sandwiches will be provided.

Congrats to Presli Punzo for winning the Area Proficiency Award in Diversified Horticulture. This is based on her SAE project. Also congratulations to Miley Phillips for placing 2nd in the Area FFA Contest and advancing to Districts in the Extemporaneous speaking category.


The Area FFA Trapshooting League had it's last league shoot of the year a few weeks ago. The top scorers for the Ladies team was Emma Pitts hitting 40 of 50. Leading the boys team was Garrett Marriott hitting 44 of 50. Next up is district in April and state in May!

Lots of FFA activities these last few weeks. We celebrated National FFA Week, began going to Ag judging contests and helped out at the annual Farm City Breakfast. Also congrats to DHS Alumnus Natalyn Killoren for earning her American FFA Degree!
