Senior Spotlight: Savanah Baugh
Senior Savanah Baugh has a lot to be proud of. The last four years that she has been in DeKalb High School, she has been involved in NHS, FFA, Drama Club, and numerous school play productions. Her love for theater has been both inside and outside of school, at the Theatre Atchison. Some of the most memorable theater productions for her have been A Big Bad Musical, Wicked is as Wicked Does, and A Family Reunion to Die For (twice).
Q: Are you ready to graduate?
A: Yes, I am ready to get out of here.
Q: What are you doing after High School?
A: I’m going to Missouri Western; I am majoring in theater and maybe English/journalism or maybe photography, and then we’ll see.
Q: Favorite memory of high school?
A: making awesome friends and knowing I’ve made an impact
Q: Favorite play you’ve been in?
A: A Family Reunion to Die For, and at theater camp I did Robin Hood.
Q: Who is your favorite teacher?
A: It's hard to pick one, but I would have to say Hayner, Collier, Mrs. Taylor, Mr. J., and Mrs. Faulkenberry.

A: Ariana, Aubrey, Brenna, and Becca
Q: What are you looking forward to in college?
A:Doing something I enjoy

A: Doing theater and seeing my friends

A: Knowing my hard work paid off

A: Waitress or Hamilton

A:I want to be remembered as someone everyone enjoyed being around.
